Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management, performance management, training and development, employee relations, succession planning, etc) that fully comply with local labour law to meet business needs.
  • Manage hiring platforms, and group communication channels and support the communication to all staff.
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization. Organize and coordinate for welfare programs.
  • Review company policies and benefits packages from time to time.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Conduct effective induction briefings and constantly evaluate the training program’s effectiveness periodically.
  • Constantly provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Resolve staff grievances and issues expediently to minimize labour issues.
  • Cultivate company core values, vision & mission to team members.
  • Identify areas of improvement and take action to address challenges, leveraging on growth opportunities.

Job & Skill Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Hands-on, broad-based sound HR knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, engage and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Well-thought-out solutions to resolve problems and issues.
  • Ability to listen, coach and counsel others.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality.
