Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to grow retail sales and service appointments across physical stores and online platforms.
  • Define KPIs to track campaign success and ROI, adjusting tactics as necessary.

2.⁠ ⁠Online Marketing

  • Manage digital channels: website, social media, email marketing, and online marketplaces.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopee/Lazada Ads).
  • Optimize SEO/SEM, website performance, and online conversion funnel.

3.⁠ ⁠Offline Marketing

  • Organize in-store promotions, roadshows, and dealer engagement activities.
  • Design and implement point-of-sale materials, brochures, banners, and flyers.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers on localized marketing needs.

4.⁠ ⁠Branding & Content

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Create compelling content to promote products, services, and seasonal campaigns.

5.⁠ ⁠CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Oversee loyalty programs and after-sales engagement.
  • Build strategies to increase retention and referrals, especially among B2B clients.

6.⁠ ⁠Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead the marketing team and coordinate with external vendors, designers, or agencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing with business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
