Operations and Administrative Support Coordinator
Client Consultation & Requirements Gathering:
- Meet with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Analyze the client's current systems and business processes to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Design and present tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Provide administrative support to direct superior and senior management as required.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain the operational processes to ensure that they align with company objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing and coordinating operational projects.
- Help to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between departments.
- Helping aligns administrative and operational goals in the department
· Regular reporting to your superior on the status of operations and administrative functions.
- Identifying trends and areas of improvement based on data analysis.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise the operations team, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
3. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of office equipment and supply management is a plus.
Requirements:
1. At least 2-5 years in outdoor sales
2. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
3. Experience in managing office facilities and resources.
4. Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
