Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordinate and overseeing all architectural finishes work at site.
  • Supervise day-to-day operation of project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings.
  • Assist Project Manager with daily paperwork, procurement of materials required for day-to-day operation of project.
  • Reviewing detailed construction site and shop drawings and ensure updated drawings are used during construction.
  • Assist in evaluation and resolution of any discrepancies and problems arising during construction.
  • Co-ordinate with the Architect, Structural & M&E staff members to plan, execute of works, solve problems and issues.
  • Co-ordinate with consultants and sub-contractors with other trades on technical issues.
  • Co-ordinate on any rectification works.
  • Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry, preferably with main contractor
  • Able to interpret and comprehend civil, structural and architectural drawings and details
  • Self-motivated and positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Knowledge in QLASSIC and CONQUAS will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
