  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Marketing Officer – Content Creator

Responsibility

  • Content Development: Write, design, and produce engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts while actively engaging with our audience.
  • Video & Graphics: Create short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and basic graphic designs to bring our content to life.
  • Brand Storytelling: Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s voice, mission, and values.
  • SEO & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, optimize content for search engines, and experiment with new formats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals.
  • Analytics & Improvement: Track performance, analyze data, and refine content strategies for better engagement.
  • Perform Retail support functions such as reconciling branch sales and stock
  • Assist Executive to review implemented activities.

Education & Experience

  • Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply!
  • A strong portfolio or examples of past work (social media posts, videos, blog articles, or designs).
  • Passing the Basic Requirement Test (BRT)

Skill

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design and knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
  • A keen eye for trends and audience engagement strategies
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
