Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff professionally.
  • Accounting Duties:
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain financial records and assist in preparing budgets.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payments.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with educational management systems or software.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment:

This role is based in an educational institution, requiring interaction with students, parents, and staff. The candidate should be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
