  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Accounts Management and Reporting

  • Oversee and manage Malaysia's financial operations, including accounts payable,accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective financial strategies, policies,and procedures to streamline operations and improve profitability.regulations, and internal control policies.

Assist in Cost Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Assist in the analyse and reporting on inventory valuation, turnover, and profitability

Tax Reporting (Malaysia)

  • Preparation and submission of Tax.
  • Coordinate and facilitate tax reporting.
  • Implementation of LHDN E-Invoicing.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders,including senior management, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as precious metals trading regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external audits and regulatory inspections.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance management and supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards, and SST regulations.
  • Proficiency in budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with our China office in written and spoken mandarin.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Meticulous, with an attention to detail.
  • Based in KL, will travel 1-2 weeks in Johor office monthly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
