Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive customer experience. The role is an on-site position located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Fluent in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
