- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for dishes, including washing, peeling, chopping, and assembling food items.
- Cooking Assistance: Help in cooking food items, such as grilling, frying, or sautéing, according to the chef's instructions.
- Stock Management: Ensure that kitchen supplies are well-organized, properly stored, and ready for use.
- Dish Presentation: Assist in plating dishes according to presentation standards, ensuring that food is visually appealing and correctly portioned.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are in good working order and report any issues to the chef.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Culinary will be an added advantage
- Passion for Cooking: Enthusiasm for food and a desire to learn and develop culinary skills.
KITCHEN HELPER
- Food Preparation: Assist with basic food prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Cleaning: Ensure that kitchen areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of floors, countertops, and other surfaces.
- Stocking: Help in organizing and storing food products and supplies in the kitchen, making sure they are easily accessible.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers or wash dishes by hand to ensure kitchenware is cleaned and available for use.
- Waste Management: Assist with the proper disposal of food waste and packaging, ensuring it is sorted and disposed of according to health and safety standards.
- Assisting Kitchen Staff: Support chefs and cooks in various tasks, including setting up cooking stations, organizing ingredients, and moving items around the kitchen.
- Maintaining Equipment: Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Minimum Education : SPM
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good Communication Skills: Able to follow verbal instructions and communicate with kitchen staff.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
