Responsibilities

  • Handle the hotel rates, availability, and conditions for European clients
  • Upload the Hotel contracts into the in-house systems
  • Ensure the task is completed with 100% efficiency, within the dateline, error-free and accurately
  • Investigate any possible discrepancies in the hotel contract
  • Ensure the room availability is checked and actioned appropriately per the client's request
  • Liaise with the hotel partners to obtain additional rooms/allocations for the travel volume
  • Check regularly whether the discount negotiated by contract still applies in the system
  • Assign emails from hotels that are received through fax to the correct accounts
  • Finalize all the Tour Message correspondences in the internal workgroup dates within the given time frame

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Tourism/Hospitality Management or any related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
  • Experience and knowledge in AS400 (Oscar), Travel Studio or Channel Manager are preferable
  • Essential proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking and be flexible
  • Short-notice or immediately available candidates are highly preferred
