
STORE MANAGER (KLCC)
- Ensure your shop is well looked after. Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, & well merchandised and your stock fresh for our customers, and all back of house areas as clean, safe, and pleasant as you can for the team
- Complete and work towards your budget, using your Management Accounts each month to chart your progress. You should use your budget to ensure your staffing and operational costs are in line, and your retail margin is on budget as a % of sales.
- Make sure all staff members follow appropriate cash handling and banking procedures, to ensure all money is kept safe.
- Where company-wide procedures and policies exist, you should ensure you and your team work within these parameters. This includes working to deadlines when set by the wider business. Where they do not exist, consider any in-store policies you would like to establish and manage these yourself. Not everything needs a rule!
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering a welcoming and vibrant shop floor.
- Drive sales growth by analysing key business metrics, setting targets, and maximising sales through events, parties, and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure the shop is well-stocked, visually appealing, and product displays are adjusted to reflect current sales trends and seasonal changes.
- Manage the shop’s financials, controlling staffing, operational costs, and stock levels to maintain a healthy retail margin.
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse and talented team, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet sales and service goals.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, regular team check-ins, and promoting work-life balance.
- Plan and implement in-store and external events, collaborating with the PR team to enhance the shop's visibility and attract new customers.
- Ensure the shop operates within established Lush guidelines, creating internal processes where necessary to suit your shop's unique needs.
- Promote safety and well-being within the team, ensuring a secure work environment and access to support resources.
- Monitor sales trends and local customer needs.
- Assisting with other tasks when needed - we work as a team!

Drive sales through understanding and analysing your business drivers, including average sale, conversion, Candy Shop Reports. Communicating business results with the team, and implementing new plans and ideas will be key to improved results.

- Passionate about Lush; showcasing our products and representing our brand values.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Store Manager
- Experience in retail / cosmetic industry
- Good leadership,customer service skills, knowledge in CRM would be an advantage.
- Know how to use Microsoft excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop.
- Strong verbal communication skills to share business messages throughout the store, as well as working with your retailers and surrounding stores.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
