Job Overview
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to join us. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the processing of commissions, ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining proper documentation. This role requires a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process commission payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify transaction details and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in resolving commission-related inquiries from agents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of payments.
- Support the ad-hoc duties as required by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting-related experience (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Being able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
