  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role
As an HR Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day people operations. You’ll ensure our team experiences smooth processes, timely support, and a warm, professional environment where they can thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes with care and efficiency
  • Ensure payroll, claims, leave, and attendance are well-documented and up to date
  • Support HR compliance, audit, and legal documentation
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
  • Maintain HR platforms and ensure data accuracy
  • Work closely with outlet teams to understand and support daily HR admin needs

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labour law and basic payroll processes
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to support team members with empathy
