Housekeeping Supervisor (Rooms)
a) To have knowledge of Housekeeping chemical usage, storage and handling procedure.
b) To prepare duty roster and daily schedule for Room Attendants.
c) To conduct frequent trainings, guidance and to advise lower ranking staffs on the correct procedure for room and area cleaning, product knowledge and how to improve performance.
d) To do rooms and floor checking on Room Attendants assignments to ensure their task are completed on time and according to the Company SOP and policies.
e) To do daily briefing to provide lower ranking staffs with latest info and updates of Hotel operation.
f) To report faulty equipment and facilities soonest possible to the correct channel and to ensure the faulty item had been repaired or replaced timely.
g) To check on floor pantry and to ensure Room Attendants keep their storage area clean and functional.
h) To cover on manning shortage including of heavy cleaning and room preparation for Guests arrival when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
