  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will assist in capturing and producing high-quality video content that reflects the vibrant spirit of our school community and promotes its programs. This role plays a key part in visual storytelling, helping to document and share school activities, events, and initiatives across various digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in videography, editing, or multimedia production.
  • Working knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording techniques.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for school events.
  • A portfolio demonstrating prior videography and editing work is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for school events, promotional campaigns, and social media.
  • Organize and manage video files to support a smooth editing workflow.
  • Work alongside the marketing and communications team to understand project goals and deliver visually compelling content.
  • Contribute creative ideas during project planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist with creating rough cuts, audio adjustments, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
  • Help maintain a well-organized digital archive of video assets.
  • Operate video, lighting, and audio equipment under the supervision of the Lead Videographer.
  • Set up and break down video equipment at various shoot locations, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
