A leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking a experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead their HR operations in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR department and develop core HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with local labor laws and corporate objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive work environment, manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Implement effective performance evaluation systems and support continuous employee development.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefits programs, and payroll in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Malaysian labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure HR systems and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in large-scale manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
