Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers in target industries.
- Develop outreach strategies using cold emails or other methods to generate new leads.
- Craft personalised and high-converting email sequences for cold outreach and follow-ups, tailored to different audience segments.
- Implement A/B testing and analyse performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, reply rates) to optimise email effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (avoiding spam filters, GDPR considerations).
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp) to scale and streamline outbound campaigns.
- Continuously refine lead qualification criteria to increase conversion rates and improve sales pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, audience segmentation, and outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales automation tools, and outbound marketing innovations to enhance prospecting efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Min of 2+ years experience in B2B sales development, outbound marketing, or email marketing.
- Proven track record in generating leads and converting prospects through cold email outreach in B2B business.
- Good email copywriting skills—able to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging messages that drive responses.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
