Responsibilities
- 1.Device Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot desktop devices (e.g., computers, printers).
- 2.OS and Software Support: Install, configure, and support operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software.
- 3.User Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve user issues.
- 4.Device Deployment: Set up and initialize new devices, including system and software installation.
- 5.Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets and software licenses.
- 6.Security Management: Update security patches and enforce security policies.
- 7.Documentation: Write and maintain technical documents and guides.
- 8.Vendor Collaboration: Work with suppliers to resolve hardware/software issues.
Requirements:
- 1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (exceptions for highly capable candidates).
- 2.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- 3.Support Skills: Provide fast and effective technical support.
- 4.Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills.
- 5.Security Awareness: Understand security threats and measures.
- 6.Problem Solving: Identify and solve issues quickly and creatively.
- 7.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
