  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • 1.Device Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot desktop devices (e.g., computers, printers).
  • 2.OS and Software Support: Install, configure, and support operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software.
  • 3.User Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve user issues.
  • 4.Device Deployment: Set up and initialize new devices, including system and software installation.
  • 5.Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets and software licenses.
  • 6.Security Management: Update security patches and enforce security policies.
  • 7.Documentation: Write and maintain technical documents and guides.
  • 8.Vendor Collaboration: Work with suppliers to resolve hardware/software issues.

Requirements:

  • 1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (exceptions for highly capable candidates).
  • 2.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • 3.Support Skills: Provide fast and effective technical support.
  • 4.Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • 5.Security Awareness: Understand security threats and measures.
  • 6.Problem Solving: Identify and solve issues quickly and creatively.
  • 7.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technology trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
