In this role you will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across search and digital marketing channels, providing insights on conversion rates, click-through rates, cost per acquisition, and other relevant metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, video) to create high-performing ads, landing pages, and digital assets, ensuring they are optimized for SEO and usability across devices.
  • Track tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects using project management tools while maintaining coordination with team members to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Manage ad spend across various brands and platforms, overseeing invoicing, payments, and billing processes to ensure budget alignment and financial control.
  • Optimize digital assets such as text, graphics, and multimedia content for search engine optimization (SEO) and display across devices, ensuring the highest engagement and relevance.
  • Review and refine ad copy, landing pages, and other digital assets to ensure clarity, engagement, and alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Brand Manager, contributing ideas, insights, and innovative marketing strategies that complement broader marketing goals and sales channels.
  • Conduct and manage online marketing initiatives, including paid ads, affiliate programs, sponsorships, email promotions, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze web metrics like visits, time on site, page views, and revenue, providing actionable insights for optimization of digital marketing activities and website exposure.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to integrate digital strategies across channels, ensuring a unified approach to branding, sales, and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you work well with designers, writers, videographers, and managers
  • Highly organized, proactive, and performance-focused
  • Bonus: Experience in social impact, sustainability, or mission-driven organizations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
