Are you a creative thinker with a few years of design experience under your belt? We’re on the hunt for a Creative Designer to join our Marketing Team! In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life through a variety of fun and impactful projects—from social media graphics and product packaging to PR materials and more.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creative Direction & Strategy

  • Develop and execute creative design work across a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and offline platforms, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, product packaging, digital ads, and more.
  • Ensure that all visual outputs align with the company’s brand identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and message across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to translate campaign goals into compelling and effective visual content.

2. Concept Development & Design Proposals

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop innovative design concepts that support ongoing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Create design mockups, mood boards, and visual storyboards to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Provide design recommendations based on layout structure, typography, brand colors, and campaign messaging to optimize impact and engagement.
  • Refine designs to meet both creative expectations and brand guidelines.

3. Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., printers, production partners) to ensure smooth execution and production of design assets.
  • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and presentation across print and digital channels.

4. Market Trends, Innovation & Tools

  • Stay informed on current design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative technologies, particularly those relevant to the Malaysian market.
  • Explore and integrate new tools including AI-powered design tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
  • Regularly conduct visual reviews of competitor and industry content to keep creative direction fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic/Multimedia Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with simple video editing and motion graphics software.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, colour, and layout.
  • Familiarity with offline production processes, including print and packaging specifications.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or product-driven industries.

2. Skills and Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all both languages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proofreading and quality-checking capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
