
Logistics Clerk
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Shipment Coordination:*
- Arrange and oversee the shipping and receiving of goods.
- Schedule transportation and delivery times to ensure timely distribution.
- Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to track shipments.
2. *Documentation and Record Keeping:*
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. *Customer Service:*
- Provide support to customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery issues.
- Resolve any logistical problems or customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. *Administrative Support:*
- Assist in preparing logistics reports and analyzing data to improve efficiency.
- Support the logistics team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Plan, organise and coordinate logistics operations to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time
Handle all the customs clearance related issues such as requirements, outgoing shipment approval, and documentation
Ensure compliance with the requirements (legal / safety & health) and regulations (export / customs compliance)
Responsible for all the LMW and customs related applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,447.39 - RM2,301.39 per month
