  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the creative director, head of product and designers.
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers locally and overseas
  • Developing, ordering, and tracking samples from inhouse samples to first sample and PP sample
  • Making sure the model samples for photoshoot in requested sizes available during the given date.
  • Communicate with vendors on timing and action for current samples/bulk.
  • Track adjustments made at weekly garment fittings by taking all notes from the fitting session and taking required action after.
  • Do the purchase orders following the production timeline and launching date.
  • Following up with vendors to make sure all smooth
  • Minimize problem/issues in the production stages
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed by scheduled deadlines
  • Monitoring bulk shipment and updating bulk packing lists for operation team
  • Receiving orders and filling out the purchase order after the negotiation done
  • Negotiating cost price and arrange the invoices accordingly with finance department
  • Sending the purchase orders by providing all required information prior to the order
  • Sourcing new suppliers/ fabric/ trimmings/ accessories/ ready-made products
  • Handling the merchandise (bag/shoes/scarves) products accordingly
  • THIS POSITION DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY DESIGN WORK

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Textile Technology or Fashion Design or any related field
  • At least 1 year experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Works
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the product development process
  • Detail-oriented, organized and methodical
  • Problem solver/ critical thinker
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Preferable Mandarin Speaker
  • Great team player
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
