Responsibilities:
- Checking proper documentation for all invoices and obtain approval prior to payment.
- Managing principles and client aging payment .
- Responsible to manage full set of accounts, including general accounting, account receivable, account payable
- Monitor payment receivable from principle and clients
- Ensure all accounting records are properly updated, kept and filed.
- Preparation of monthly reports(Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss / Cash Flow). Update and report directors at a timely manner.
- Liaise with auditors and other related divisions where necessary
- Preparation of journals, debit note and credit note.
- Handle and organize office administrative work as well as undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

- Good communication skills to liaise with clients effectively
- Experience in accounting or administration is a plus
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good analytical skills , details and be firm on every payment either receivable or payable
- Familiarity with the Sales and Services Tax (SST) and other relevant tax regulations
WORKING LOCATION: BUKIT INDAH, ISKANDAR PUTERI, JOHOR
