Responsibilities:

  • Checking proper documentation for all invoices and obtain approval prior to payment.
  • Managing principles and client aging payment .
  • Responsible to manage full set of accounts, including general accounting, account receivable, account payable
  • Monitor payment receivable from principle and clients
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated, kept and filed.
  • Preparation of monthly reports(Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss / Cash Flow). Update and report directors at a timely manner.
  • Liaise with auditors and other related divisions where necessary
  • Preparation of journals, debit note and credit note.
  • Handle and organize office administrative work as well as undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients effectively
  • Experience in accounting or administration is a plus
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good analytical skills , details and be firm on every payment either receivable or payable
  • Familiarity with the Sales and Services Tax (SST) and other relevant tax regulations

WORKING LOCATION: BUKIT INDAH, ISKANDAR PUTERI, JOHOR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
