Responsibilities :
- To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and plan sales and promotional activities for effective implementation of the Company’s objectives.
- To monitor and check sales reports and other reports as well.
- To assist in collection of debts in a timely manner.
- To motivate sales personnel to achieve the targets set.
- To ensure timely distribution of the ordered goods.
- To liaise with customers for sales contracts, orders and reject of goods matter.
- To supervise all the sales clerks and supervisor under her jurisdiction.
- To liaise with inter-dept staff.
- To ensure the administration system in the department is in good manner and order.
- To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Requirements :
- Diploma holder or 3 years experience for Certificate holder or 6 years experience for SPM holder
- Good communications and writing skills
- Able to interact with all levels
- Independent & good planner
- Good supervision skills & able to lead the clerks
- Good knowledge in computer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
