Job Scope
· Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.
· Assist Property Negotiators in their administrative & daily task
· Liaison with legislative department for registration & renewal of license.
· Active in company’s real estate business
Qualification & Responsibilities
· Computer literate, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, FB
· Able to multi task & work independently, with minimum supervision.
· Excellent people skills, helpful & able to work within team members.
· Ability in Planning & organizing company events, proactive, analytical, and possess a sense of urgency, problem solving ability
· Proficiency in written English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
· Possess Secretary Qualification will be an added advantage.
