Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop hiring strategies to attract qualified retail staff (store managers, sales associates, etc.).

2. Has experience of managing more than 20+ retail stores.

3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

4. Handling of Employee Relations & Engagement - Ensure HR policies are aligned with labor laws and industry best practices.

5. Oversee monthly payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory requirements.

6. Develop and implement staff training programs, focusing on customer service, sales, and operations.

7. Ensure compliance with Employment Act, OSHA, and retail industry regulations.

8. Oversee store administrative functions, inventory reports, and office maintenance.

9. Manage rental agreements, utilities, and office supplies for retail locations.

10. Ensure proper workforce planning for retail stores, avoiding understaffing or overstaffing. Implement attendance tracking systems (biometric, timesheets, etc.).

11. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., fire drills, workplace safety rules). Implement safety and security measures for retail stores.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of HR & administrative experience, must be in the retail or FMCG industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
