Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Organize and execute sales calls to potential clients, build rapport and handle obstacles.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Drive sales through customer direct approach and meet up to promote hotel/event packages.
Drive sales through digital and online marketing to expand the target range.
Ensure providing a high quality standard of guests service, sales quotations and sales promotion according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
Liaison with marketing personnel on press releases, advertising and marketing strategies; assists in sponsorship and supplier participation in promotions and mercandising, if necessary.
Capability of establishing consolidated relationship with corporate companies (for corporate sales) and govemment agencies (for govemment sales).
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.

Job Requirement :

Required Education 所需学历:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.

Required Experience所需经验:

Minimum five (3) years managerial experience in the events and marketing field in hospitality and/or hotel industry.

Required Skills 所需技能:

Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Excellent time and stress management, organization, planning, customer relations interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good team player, problem solving and leadership skills.
Able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment.
