Requirement

  • Recognized Diploma in Private Secretaryship (PSC) and/or Diploma in Executive Secretaryship (DES) or other qualification with experience working in this fields
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in related fields
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Publisher will be an advantage
  • Exposed to ISO 9001 also will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
  • Willing to stay back/overnight for tender proposal / report submission.

Job Description

  • Supervise and organize all secretarial services.
  • Assigning Proposal/ Project number and maintain the list.
  • Formatting report
  • Collection, filing, indexing and maintaining of quality records, and oversee filing systems.
  • Register quality records in registration list and store at designated area.
  • Organize travel arrangements as directed.
  • Maintain relevant guidelines.
  • Register and distribute incoming and outgoing non-project documents and correspondence.
  • Direct travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Distribute internal mail; carry out filing, copying and office errands
  • Provide other clerical duties as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
