- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and operation teams to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
- Provide support to the sales team in managing customer accounts.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills and Attention to Detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with WMS is a plus.
