
[Up to RM 4500+Transportation Allowance] Mandarin-English Customer Service Support @ Subang
• Handling all inbound, outbound and email in regarding to customers’ inquiries/complaints/issues relating to travel booking services (e.g. hotel room booking)
• Passionate and provide satisfied customer service.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
• SPM qualification / Fresh graduates are welcome
• High proficiency in English, and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
• Have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time).
• Able to commit to work during weekends and public holiday if needed
• Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
• Able to start working on 28 April 2025
• Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm-6am)
• 14 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave + EPF + SOCSO
• One-month paid training
• Closed to LRT Subang Jaya
