  • Assisting Finance and Administrative Department work
  • Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily works.
  • Attending to ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
  • Providing administration support to Sales Executives, Managers and Management.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that given by the Superior/Management
  • Utilities and facilities management (water & electricity, Unifi, Office equipment etc)
  • Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, letters, travel and appointment arrangement.
  • Minimum requirement is SPM.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. knowledge.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work independently with minor supervision.
  • Good attitude, responsible, committed and willing to learn new task.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Able to start work immediately is highly advantageous.
