- Assisting Finance and Administrative Department work
- Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily works.
- Attending to ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
- Providing administration support to Sales Executives, Managers and Management.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that given by the Superior/Management
- Utilities and facilities management (water & electricity, Unifi, Office equipment etc)
- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, letters, travel and appointment arrangement.
- Minimum requirement is SPM.
- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. knowledge.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work independently with minor supervision.
- Good attitude, responsible, committed and willing to learn new task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Able to start work immediately is highly advantageous.
