  • Professionally record event videos, including weddings, reception ceremonies, official events, and corporate functions.
  • Capture key moments throughout the event such as the couple, guests, speeches, cake cutting, and other special moments.

    Videography Equipment Management:

    • Handle and maintain videography equipment such as cameras, gimbals, drones, microphones, and lighting to ensure optimal recording quality.
    • Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and ready to be used throughout the event.

      Video Editing:

      • Edit video footage to produce a high-quality final video that reflects the theme and client’s preferences.
      • Add visual effects, music, and transitions to give the video a cinematic touch.
      • Create videos that meet the client’s expectations, including highlight videos, full-length videos, and teaser videos if needed.

        Scheduling and Project Completion:

        • Complete video editing within the designated timeframe after the event, ensuring the final result is delivered on time.
        • Maintain records and ensure all footage is safely backed up and stored after the event is completed.

          Handling Unexpected Situations:

          • Be prepared to handle unexpected situations during filming, such as changes in the event schedule or urgent technical needs.
          • Be flexible and ready to adapt to changes as the event progresses.

1. Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in event videography, particularly in weddings or corporate functions.
  • Proficiency in using professional cameras and other videography equipment (e.g., gimbal, drone, lighting).
  • Expertise in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting techniques and filming techniques to ensure high-quality video, even in challenging lighting conditions.

    2. Creative and Aesthetic Ability:

    • High creativity in capturing and editing videos to tell the story of the event in a captivating and engaging way.
    • Ability to edit videos in a cinematic and elegant style, suitable for weddings and special events.
    • Strong visual composition skills to capture key moments of the event, such as the couple, guests, and venue atmosphere.

      3. Time Management Skills:

      • Ability to work with tight deadlines, especially during live events.
      • Complete video editing within the designated time frame after the event.

        4. Teamwork and Communication:

        • Ability to collaborate with the marketing team, operations, and others to ensure all aspects of the event are captured perfectly.

          5. Additional Requirements:

          • Must have own transport and be able to travel to event locations if needed.
