
Chinese Customer Service- (Mon to Fri)- 9 am to 5 pm
- Respond to customer enquiries and other issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing

Work Location: Nu Towers, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Working Timings: Mon to Fri (9 AM to 6 PM inclusive of 1 hour break) Date of joining: 21st April Permanent Position. Salary: RM 4000- 4500 basic + 300 KPI allowance Requirement: * Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above with 6 months of Customer Service Experience. * Diploma/Degree holders- Freshers are acceptable. * Responsible for providing customer service support via incoming calls/emails/Chats. * 1 Month of training will be provided. * Only 1 round of interview followed by basic English assessment.
