  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction processes, standards, regulations, and contracts
  • Familiarity with procurement processes
  • Experience with project management software (AutoCount)
