- Manage the Information Counter and exhibit excellent customer service skills in the course of duty.
- Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to inquiries from the public.• Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines and paging scripts.
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints
- Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
- Ensure that proper housekeeping is performed on a regular basis so that the Customer Service Counter is clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist in Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities.
- Perform simple administrative and clerical duties.
- Candidate must possess at least a school qualification (SPM/STPM)/Professional Certificate in any field.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence.
- Be proactive and attentive to details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
- Be able to rotate on shifts and work varied hours or days including weekends and public holidays.
