  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for electrical construction projects
  • Evaluate project variations, change orders, and cost impact
  • Measure and value electrical work done on-site (progress claims, re-measurements, etc.)
  • Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and contract documentation
  • Monitor project costs and keep expenses within the approved budget
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost control
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with contractual terms
  • Use software tools (Excel, AutoCAD, etc.) for documentation and reporting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management
  • Familiarity with electrical construction codes and standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in cost management software and MS Office (Excel, AutoCAD)
  • Strong understanding of project management processes and contract law
