  • Support sales and marketing teams in administrative work (e.g., preparing materials, quotations)
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s online presence (social media, website)
  • Create basic marketing content for promotions, events, or product highlights
  • Manage inventory records and track marketing materials using Autocount
  • Communicate with clients and respond to enquiries promptly
  • Help organize marketing campaigns and trade shows (if applicable)
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and marketing duties as assigned
  • High school Diploma or equivalent (a certificate in Marketing or Business is a plus)
  • Experience in clerical/administrative roles (preferably in retail)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Basic knowledge of retail management software (AutoCount) is a plus
  • Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with digital tools & social media
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media tools (Facebook, Instagram)
