- Handle day-to-day clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Support sales and marketing teams in administrative work (e.g., preparing materials, quotations)
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s online presence (social media, website)
- Create basic marketing content for promotions, events, or product highlights
- Manage inventory records and track marketing materials using Autocount
- Communicate with clients and respond to enquiries promptly
- Help organize marketing campaigns and trade shows (if applicable)
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and marketing duties as assigned
- High school Diploma or equivalent (a certificate in Marketing or Business is a plus)
- Experience in clerical/administrative roles (preferably in retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of retail management software (AutoCount) is a plus
- Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with digital tools & social media
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media tools (Facebook, Instagram)
