- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, procurement of office supplies and equipment, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulations and align with the company's values and goals.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and maintain personnel files and HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and employee data.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including leave management, claims, and other employee benefits.
- Manage and maintain accurate attendance records, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organizing events, activities, and employee communication channels.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, labor laws, and other relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations.
- Ensuring timely submission of statutory documents (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRDF).
- Assist in other ad-hoc task related to HR and general administration duties as assigned.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin or Cantonese speaking colleagues.
