Contract duration: 1 year (renewable) Location: Georgetown, Penang Working hours: Shift rotation (first shift starts at 7.30 am & last shift ends at 9 am) Working days: 5 working days, 2 off days (rotation) Benefits: Performance incentive RM300 (subject to KPI), Shift allowance RM90, Medical reimbursement (pay and claim). Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in providing service information and inquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in a professional manner. - Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the form of courteous and prompt service and updating customers with accurate information. - Handle inbound customers' inquiries & requests including reports and billing issues. - To gather from the customer all the information necessary to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system. - Ensure diligent follow-up and fulfill promises made to customers. - Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience - Adhere strictly to the contact center standards operating procedures and guidelines. - Any other task (related to the job) as assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements: - Preferably immediate starters (tentative join date 11 or 14 April 2025) - Minimum Diploma in any related field. - Basic computer knowledge (operating computer, MS Office Skills). - Willing to work flexible and shift hours. - Must be able to work on weekend & Public Holidays as per schedule given. - Good communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. - Basic telephone communication skills (project a "smiling" or pleasant voice, good listening skills and tactful in communication). - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all customer service situations.
