1. JOB PURPOSE • To carry out management tasks assigned by the Assistant Factory Manager and Foreman. • To assist the Foreman in organizing and managing production activities within the assigned section. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist in workshop management, including project progress tracking, quality control, cost management, employee training, and qualification management for specialized roles. 2. Specific responsibilities include: o Supporting leadership in overall workshop management. o Managing production workload in the assigned area. o Allocating manpower and overseeing workforce management for assigned projects. o Monitoring and maintaining operational certifications within the managed area. o Ensuring 5S implementation, workplace safety, and quality control. o Organizing staff training and promotion management. o Carrying out other tasks as assigned by superiors. 3. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: • Fresh high school graduates with SPM or UEC (or equivalent) are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided. 2. Technical Skills: • Basic understanding of production workflows, mechanical drawings, welding techniques, and industrial regulations (training will be provided). 3. Interpersonal & Mindset: • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • Forward-thinking mindset, eager to learn and improve processes. • Able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Mandarin Speaking candidates preferred, to liaise with customers/partners
