We are looking for talented and passionate interns to join us in our mission. Our office is located in Seberang Jaya, Penang, with 8 working hours per day. We welcome interns with relevant diplomas/degrees in business management and marketing, and also graphic design and mass communication to join us. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in our online marketing, data entry, media design, content and copywriting, understand our business and processes, and work with our professional team to complete tasks. Telemarketing Internship / 电话营销实习生 As a Telemarketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in various tasks, such as: Media - Messaging apps, Chatting & Phone calls. 1. Outbound Telemarketing Sales & Promotions – Calling potential or existing customers to sell products or services. Lead Generation – Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams. Appointment Setting – Scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for sales representatives. Surveys & Market Research – Collecting customer feedback and conducting surveys. 2. Inbound Telemarketing Customer Support – Handling inquiries about products, services, and orders. Technical Assistance – Providing basic troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Order Processing – Assisting customers with purchases and transactions. Upselling & Cross-selling – Recommending additional or related products to customers. 3. Key Skills Required Strong communication & persuasion skills Ability to handle objections & negotiate effectively CRM and data entry knowledge Quick thinking & adaptability Customer-focused approach .
