Weighbridge Operations Operate the weighbridge system to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing trucks. Ensure correct vehicle details, materials, and weights are recorded for each transaction. Data Entry & Record-Keeping Input weighbridge data into the system or manual logs (e.g., vehicle number, time, weight, material type). Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for inventory, deliveries, and dispatches. Issuing Dockets & Documents Generate and print weighbridge tickets, delivery orders (DO), and other related documents. Ensure all paperwork is signed and filed properly. Administrative Support Assist in basic admin tasks like filing, scanning, answering calls, and coordinating with the operations or sales team. Update reports such as daily tonnage, vehicle movement logs, and material usage. General Administrative Duties Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Maintain and organize office documents, records, and databases. Document Handling & Processing Prepare and process forms, letters, invoices, memos, and reports. Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily retrievable. Data Entry & Record Management Input and update data accurately into spreadsheets or internal systems. Keep track of employee records, stock logs, or any other company documents as required. Reception & Communication Support Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries.
