Job Responsibility

HR Responsibilities:Â

  • Support the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance, leave applications, and medical claims.
  • Coordinate and track performance reviews, employee appraisals, and engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Administrative Responsibilities:Â

  • Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Manage and monitor office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and company trips.
  • Handle general office communications, including incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimun 2 years of relevant work experience in Admin and HR roles.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Â Google Workspace and Kakitangan.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Multitasker and team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin is a must to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.
