HR Responsibilities:Â
HR Responsibilities:Â
- Support the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, leave applications, and medical claims.
- Coordinate and track performance reviews, employee appraisals, and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Manage and monitor office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and company trips.
- Handle general office communications, including incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimun 2 years of relevant work experience in Admin and HR roles.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Â Google Workspace and Kakitangan.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Multitasker and team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin is a must to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.
