Core responsibilities: 1. Visual or Content Development • Brainstorm and develop creative ideas and content calendars based on marketing goals • Design visual concepts that align with branding and communication strategies 2. Design creation • Create offline and online materials (social media graphics, POSM and etc) 3. Brand consistency • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and marketing materials 4. Collaboration & Coordination • Present ideas and incorporate feedback to refine the final design • Work with sales & marketing team, in-house interior designers or sales designers to gather content needs and plan campaigns under 3x subsidiary companies’ brand • Liaise with external vendors (printers, ad platforms and influencers) when needed 5. File preparation & delivery • Prepare final artwork for production (print-ready files and digital formats) • Ensure correct file formats, resolution and specifications are met 6. Research & Trend Analysis • Stay updated with design trends, tools and technologies • Research industry or client-related visuals to stay relevant and competitive Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field 2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role 3. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and etc) – after effects is a bonus 4. Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and etc) 5. Strong sense of visual design, creativity and copywriting sensibility 6. Good time management and ability to work independently Bonus skills (nice to have): 1. Video editing (Capcut, Premier Pro and etc) 2. Photography/videography basics 3. Knowledge of SEO or paid advertising is a plus point Work environment: Combination of remote working & in-office.
