  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. To verify production figures from Process Log Sheet such as production output, product dispatches and product stock level to key in data in SAP for product confirmation. 2. To calculate, compile and check daily and monthly production figures with reconciliation to the recorded SAP inventory to minimize error in inventory check. 3. Raising Purchase requisition for Process Department using SAP and manage until receiving process. a. To be responsible as follow: b. Accurately documenting daily production output and maintaining records related to raw material consumption. c. Assist process engineers in preparing daily and monthly production reports for management review. d. To keep track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilities consumption, chemicals consumption, and plant downtime for plant performance monitoring. e. Ensuring proper documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and keeping records of process log sheets, checklist, and related process documents for audit purposes. f. To keep track of raw materials and chemicals used in production, ensuring proper stock levels and to coordinate with the Store Department to ensure timely availability of raw materials to avoid production disruption. 4. To maintain process database and update timely and make arrangement on all other assignment and work required by the superior which related to department functions and objectives. 5. To ensure that ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 procedures are effectively practiced and implemented. 6. Perform other related duties / responsibilities as and when assigned by superior. Requirement: - Possess minimum a diploma in suitable discipline - Physically fit as work involve a lot of walking and climbing of stairs.
