PROJECT ENGINEER / MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coordinate tasks among various disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil) to ensure project milestones are met. Technical Oversight: Interpret and implement engineering designs and specifications. Ensure that technical work complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Communication and Documentation: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project deliverables. Problem Solving and Risk Management: Identify potential issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure timely resolution to maintain project schedules. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses to keep projects within budget. Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Typically holds a degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or a related field). Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles, design software, and project management tools. Project Management Abilities: Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera). Communication and Leadership: Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively. Proven leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
