Purchasing Executive (Dealing China Supplier), Tampoi Johor

Responsibilities: • Responsible for the search, data collection, development and maintenance of new projects, new products and new material suppliers. • Responsible for purchasing raw materials, hardware and other materials. • According to the company's process, new suppliers are introduced, new projects are scheduled, etc. • Follow-up on the progress of newly developed parts/suppliers and qualified access procedures. • Participate in tracking the execution of contractual orders, coordinating the handling of delivery progress, and cross-departmental coordination of technical, quality, payment and other issues. • Daily management evaluation of suppliers to help them improve their capabilities and implement corrective measures. • Responsible for the whole process control of new projects from inception to final confirmation, including quality, cost, lifecycle, etc. • Analyze the cost of the materials under your jurisdiction and grasp the cost components of the materials under your responsibility. • Annual cost reductions, ensuring that annual reductions are accomplished, prices are updated and new price agreements with suppliers are signed. • Maintenance and organization of supplier files, signing of all kinds of procurement contracts, agreements, etc. • Completion of other tasks as assigned by the leader. Qualification: • Bachelor of Business Administration or relevant qualification. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing industry.
