Job Description: 1. Perform equipment setup, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on Teradyne, Credence and Nextest platform. 2. Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, wiring diagram, repair equipment and electronics circuit boards 3. On the Job training for customers personnel in equipment operation and maintenance responsibility. 4. Accountable to customer relationship to deliver best in class service delivered to drive quality to new height, drives customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct customers orientation and technical training for user application on all elements of equipment maintenance assistance. 6. To perform service activities such as refurbishment, upgrades, preventive maintenance and corrective action. 7. Handle incoming calls, email and corresponding related to technical inquiry or customer support. 8. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving technical issues and provide high quality service. 9. Undertake any responsibility that assign by immediate superior from time to time. 10. Prepare field service report on customers support activity and give documentation on recurring problems to other supporting units. Requirements: 1. Posses at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Semiconductor manufacturing / related field. 3. Proficient in the process and operation of Semiconductor Equipment, such as Teradyne, Credence and Nextest platform. 4. Ability to perform Electronics Circuit Boards Repair and Troubleshooting will be an added advantage. 5. Proactive with good initiative, problem solving skills and analytical ability. 6. Able to work independently, under pressure, self-motivate with good personality and working attitude. 7. Able to work in Penang and travel to other states in Malaysia for field service. 8. Proficient in English language. Must be able to write and speak in English to communicate with customers.
