Position Title: Senior Account Executive Industry: Servicing and Construction (Crane) Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang About the Job As a Branch Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager in developing and executing business strategies while overseeing the overall operations of the branch. This includes managing administrative functions, sales and marketing activities, technical support, and staff performance. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships, and leading site operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Job Responsibilities 1. OPERATION (OFFICE) - To assist the Branch Manager to formulate, implement, and monitor strategy business plans. - To ensure smooth running of day-to-day operation of the branch, including its office basic administrative/HR/account operations, business development, and product management. - To be responsible for branch management and performance monitoring. - To ensure control and compliance with relevant guidelines and policies. - To undertake any other job functions assigned by the branch manager and/or the management. 2. SALES & MARKETING - To develop a new customer base. - To manage and develop new business opportunities in their territory. - To plan, execute, and implement effective marketing plans. - To open new accounts and service existing accounts. - To liaise and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers. - To contribute directly to the sales, profitability, and business growth of the branch. - To drive and enhance customer service quality and promote teamwork to achieve service excellence. - Prepare quotations and proposals for repair, maintenance, and minor upgrading work - Work closely with the superior to execute the directive set in terms of new projects, new segments, and new products. - Identify, analyze, and meet clients’ technical needs while continuously looking into new businesses. - Control direct marketing expenditure and provide business projection for future opportunities. - Regularly report the market situation to the Manager, Service and Product Modernization of the sales activities. - Feedback on the change in market environment and competition activities. - Achieve the sales turnover budget set. - Prepare costings and quotations. - Identify and target new business opportunities according to annual agreed objectives. - Maintain regular contact with key customers to enhance business relationships. - Provide full service support to customers to ensure their aspirations and requirements are met. - Update the Manager, Service, and Product Modernization on a regular basis via reports with intelligence on key customer and competitor activities. 3. OPERATION - SITE - Lead a group of Sales Executives, Technical Supervisors and Technicians on selected sites to deliver excellent customer satisfaction on installation, breakdown call and maintenance contract execution. - Manage contractors in installations, repairs and upgrading work. - Coach, oversee, and lead the maintenance teams for quality servicing delivery. - Verify that all works are properly carried out to specifications. - Enforce and ensure compliance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experiences Needed - Possess at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent from a related industry. - At least 3 years working experience in engineering or related fields - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Industrial Engineering (IE) and/or business management skills - Computer Skills: AutoCad 2000; (Added advantage) Window 2000, MS Internet Explorer, MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint Great growth opportunities in a highly visible role await the right candidate!
