Sales & Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities: - Promote and actively sell our products to customers in assigned retail - Provide product training and knowledge sharing to retail staff to improve product understanding and sales support. - Ensure product displays are neat, visually appealing, and in line with brand guidelines. - Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. - Interact with customers to answer inquiries and offer product recommendations. - Support product selling at company-organized events, such as roadshows, pop-ups, or trade fairs (setup and teardown not required). - Collect and share feedback on customer preferences, store conditions, and market trends - Build strong working relationships with retail staff to strengthen brand presence in-store. Requirements: - Experience in retail, sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred. - Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with a variety of customers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently. - Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays. - Willingness to travel to retail store locations and support events focused on product sales.
